My Digital Game Backlog
During Lockdown, I rediscovered my love of Gaming because let's face it, there wasn't much else to do! I went through my backlog and finished up a ton of games as I had a lot more time to do so, this allowed me to jump back into games that I hadn't played for years including a couple from 2014/2015 that I'd just randomly left right in the middle of the game!
During this time, I also built up a collection of digital games, because at the time I had no idea how long I'd be stuck indoors for and wanted to make sure I always had new games to play. Fortunately, the weekly Xbox sales are a great way to pick up awesome indie titles for a very decent price and in doing this, I was able to discover some real gems that I would never have thought about buying had they not been on sale.
Whilst I played most of them, I do now have a backlog of others that I do plan to play at some point, hopefully this year:
- AER - Memories of Old
- Planet of the Eyes
- Pixel Gladiator
- 112th Seed
- Never Alone: Arctic Addition
- Bear with Me: The Lost Robots
- Abyss: The Wraiths of Eden
- Deep Ones
- Submerged
- Adam's Adventure: Origins
- Demetrios - The BIG Cynical Adventure
- Seasons after Fall
- Elea - Episode 1
- Fearful Symmetry & The Cursed Prince
- Selma and the Wisp X
- Outbreak: The Nightmare Chronicles
That's about 1/3 of the indie titles I bought over Lockdown, most of which cost less than £1, and on average have around 3-4 hours of gameplay, so I don't think that's bad at all!
