Another great year of tanking was had. I did take a couple of breaks from playing throughout the year to work on some side projects, something I've told myself I'm not doing as much this year, so I expect Battle Journey 2025 to be similar to Battle Journey 2023.

I managed to increase my consecutive wins from 9 to 12, I'd be interested in seeing consecutive losses though. Based on some of the loss streaks I remember having, I wouldn't be surprised to see that stat being 20+!

My battle style hasn't changed. I still favour medium tanks, with heavy tanks coming in a close second. I played some more light tanks this time round and a lot more tank destroyer games. Artillery can do one though!

60TP took over from the Leopard PT A as my most played tank of the year, I absolutely love playing that tank, so good! In fact, my top 3 played tanks are totally different, I was expecting the T-34-85m to make an appearance!

My number of battles decreased by a fair bit, still over 2000 but that's down to some breaks I took this year to push through some projects. My W/L ratio did increase though which is good, by a whopping 0.42 😆 I'm happy with having a 49.97% win ratio for the year though!

Naturally the number of kills and spots I got went down, but I'm still happy with the numbers. If you play less, you're going to do less! My average damage, assists and blocks all increased though so whilst I played less games, the games I was in I was more involved and did more. My average XP earned went from 427 to 450, so again, this shows I'm getting more involved in the matches compared to last year.

I always enjoy looking over the past year of tanking and it's great to see myself gradually getting better at the game. I definitely played a lot of Tier X this year in the random queue compared to last year, I find playing the 60TP to be one of the most fun experiences in the game.
