Adding PHPCon to my Herd

This week I added PHPCon to my ElePHPant Herd! This one was available quite a while ago now at the PHP Conference in Japan way back in 2019!

I traded with Sebastian Feldmann, the creator of CaptainHookPHP. If his name rings a bell, it might be because we traded last year too! Adding JePHPry to my Herd.

This time round, I traded Sebastian one of my PHPArch ElePHPants that I had a spare of. I've been looking into getting this one for a while now so I'm glad I now have it!
