Lawman surpassed 1000 downloads!

I launched Lawman earlier this year to make it easy to bring the joy or PestPHP architecture testing, to SaloonPHP. I've just seen that it's gotten past it's first 1000 downloads, which I'm really pleased about!

Lawman scratched my own itch as I wanted to ensure my application adhered to architectural rules, no matter who was working on the project. I feel like Lawman solves that problem.

There's a couple of open issues I want to tackle with Lawman, both to do with just adding a couple of extra Expectations. Namely for Plugins and Request Pagination.
